Best Polymer Producers Awards for Europe 2019 – VOTING OPEN NOW

Don’t miss the chance to rate your polymer suppliers

The Polymers for Europe Alliance has launched the 2019 voting for the Best Polymer Producers for Europe Awards. Now for the first time including technical polymers such as PA 6.6 and POM.

All users of polymers in Europe can access this online customers’ satisfaction survey - free of charge and in strict confidence - and rate their suppliers performances during the past 12 months. The voting tool is open for three months until the 18th May 2019 here: www.polymercomplyeurope.eu/pce-services.

“The Best Polymer Producers Awards were created in 2016 to re-establish a constructive dialogue and a good communication between suppliers and users of polymers in Europe. The fact that we are now organising the fourth edition with a growing number of voters every year is a clear indicator of the awards’ success." Ron Marsh, Chairman of the Polymers for Europe Alliance

The rating tool is easy to understand, extremely user-friendly and provided in several languages in order to reach as many polymer users in Europe as possible. In case you do not yet have an account on the Polymers for Europe Alliance, you can register for free here: www.polymercomplyeurope.eu/node/210/register to get your exclusive access to the rating tool.

How does the Awards voting work?

Once you have accessed the rating tool, you can choose your suppliers in 14 different polymer type categories: PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PET, PVC, PS & EPS, PC, ABS, EVA, PA 6.6, POM, PEEK, Technical Polyesters (PBT, PBS, etc.). Once selected, you can then rate them according to the 5 criteria Delivery Reliability, Polymer Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Communication and Innovation.

Based on the average of the incoming ratings, the best European polymer suppliers per polymer type will be awarded. Furthermore, an overarching award on Customer Communication, covering all polymer types, will be given away.

Awards Ceremony during EuPC Gala Dinner

The winners will be exclusively announced at the Awards Ceremony that will take place during the Gala Dinner of the EuPC (European Plastics Converters) Annual Meeting in Berlin on the 13th June 2019.

About Polymers for Europe Alliance

The Alliance was initiated by the European Plastics Converters association (EuPC) during its General Assembly in May 2015. It is an online, confidential information platform open to all parties who have an interest in the competitive conversion of polymers in Europe. Its objectives are to provide factual public information on the status of the polymer supply situation in Europe and to re-establish a constructive dialogue with the supply base. In 2016, the Alliance also initiated the Best Polymer Producers Awards for Europe which are now organised on an annual basis. In this Europe-wide online customers’ satisfaction survey all users of polymers in Europe can rate their best suppliers of the year. 111
